Sponsor a guinea pig today and make a difference!
Sponsoring a guinea pig will help towards the ongoing costs associated with the care of all the piggies at the shelter. A small amount makes all the difference!

We are very excited to introduce our "Sponsor a Piggy" programme! The finer details are still being attended to but ultimately you will have four types of sponsorship to choose from:-
- Sponsor one of our adoptable piggies - these are piggies who have been deemed healthy and are ready to go to a new home - $5.50 weekly.
- Sponsor a piggy pair - most of our piggies are housed in groups so can be adopted separately but some are in an established pair and can only be adopted together - $10.50 weekly.
- Sponsor a permanent resident piggy - these piggies have taken up residence at the shelter usually due to ongoing but manageable health issues - $5.50 weekly.
- Annual sponsorship - $100 per guinea pig.
- Sponsor a piggy desexing - a one-off sponsorship payment of $50 with the option of choosing from our list of piggies waiting to be desexed. This type of sponsorship can only be paid via a bank transfer. Our bank account details are:- NAB, Gold Coast Guinea Pig Rescue Inc, BSB: 084-120, ACC 123 390 256, making your reference YOUR NAME - GP DESEXING SPONSORSHIP and emailing alex@gcgpr.com.au notifying the shelter of your payment.
- NOTE: Annual sponsorship cannot currently be paid using the above drop down list. If you wish to participate in the 12mnth sponsorship programme please use the option described in option 5 above, making the reference YOUR NAME - ANNUAL GP SPONSORSHIP and emailing alex@gcgpr.com.au notifying the shelter of your payment.
